Barriers to Bluesfest

I'm sure these are some sort of Bluesfest crowd control, but the bright red and $125 fine signs didn't stop too many people from walking the Transitway from Bayview to Bluesfest at Lebreton Flats. Those who erred on the side of caution (but couldn't wait for any bus to show up) follow the detour.

I wouldn't mind keeping one or two around after the festival, if only for the colour.
